How do I book an emergency reading?

Accepted Answer

Bookings for urgent appointments are made available on the Emergency Bookingpage. Simply follow the instructions to schedule your time. It's quick and easy!
 
Once you have submitted your request you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. Payment must be submitted in order to complete the booking. You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment.

The booking page shows: 'no times are currently available.'

Accepted Answer

Timeslots for emergency bookings only become available one day (24 hours) in advance.
 
If there are no times available it either means I did not make any time available for the next day, due to my work schedule and personal circumstances, or it means that the emergency time that was made available has already been booked by other clients.
 
You can check back every day to see if new times have become available for the next day.
 
Please note: I do not keep a waiting list for cancellations. It serves no purpose, as I very seldom have cancellations.

My reason for booking is not an emergency and not really urgent, can I still book?"

You are welcome. I may just be available on short notice and able to fit you in.
 
However, I cannot always guarantee that I will be able to accept your booking. Please do not be offended or disappointed if I cannot accommodate you. If I cannot accept your booking for whatever reason, I will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund of your payment.
 
The emergency service is mostly aimed at offering support for clients experiencing trauma, crisis, urgent life challenges, or emotional distress. It should ideally only be used for this purpose.
 
If your reading is not a matter of urgency and you can afford to wait, you can schedule a standard session instead.

Why does an emergency booking cost more than a standard booking?

Emergency sessions are offered as a special convenience in my personal free time outside my normal working hours.
 
In other words, when I do an emergency reading I am essentially working overtime. It seldom means I am simply skipping Yoga class or Netflix. Instead, it often means missing meals, getting up earlier, going to bed later, or sacrificing time with family and friends.
 
Therefore the emergency service is offered at a premium fee and it is always subject to last-minute availability.​

Can I reschedule? Can I change the date or time after I booked?

Emergency consultations cannot be rescheduled and are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
 
When you book please select your appointment date and time very carefully. Booking an emergency session means I will be working overtime outside my normal working hours, which usually also implies personal sacrifices.
 
Therefore, once you have submitted your booking request and payment, there will be no turning back! Whether you can make it or not, you will be required to compensate me for my time and the special arrangements I needed to make on your behalf.

​An emergency booking is scheduled as a top priority and is made available much sooner, with less waiting time. It can usually be scheduled within 6 to 24 hours, including weekends. There is only a minimal lead time for booking, unlike standard sessions, Appointments are mostly available on weekends only, depending on personal availability.

Standard appointments cannot be made within 24 hours before the time and no time slots are ever made available on weekends for standard sessions. The lead time for available appointments can be several days to weeks, or sometimes even months depending on availability.
 
Emergency booking is a special convenience service offered for at a premium fee and it is always subject to last-minute availability.​ Standard booking costs less and availability is more certain.
