How do I book an emergency reading?


Bookings for urgent appointments are made available on the Emergency Booking page. Simply follow the instructions to schedule your time. It's quick and easy! Once you have submitted your request you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. Payment must be submitted in order to complete the booking. You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment.




Can I reschedule an emergency booking? Can I change the date or time after I booked?


Emergency consultations cannot be rescheduled and are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. When you book please select your appointment time very carefully. Booking an urgent consultation means I will be required to work outside my normal schedule, which usually implies personal sacrifices with regards my free time, or changes in plans with friends and family. Therefore, once you have submitted your booking request and payment, there is no turning back! Whether you can make it or not, you will be required to compensate me for my time and the special arrangements I needed to make on your behalf. Kindly be considerate when using the emergency booking service.




Can I cancel and refund an emergency booking?

My reason for booking is not an emergency or not really urgent, can I still book?


You are welcome to try, I may just be available on short notice and able to fit you in. However, you will be booking at your own risk. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to accept your booking. Please do not be offended or disappointed if I cannot accommodate you. If I cannot accommodate you, you will receive a full refund of your payment. The emergency service is specifically aimed at offering support to clients experiencing trauma, crisis, urgent life challenges, or emotional distress, and should ideally only be used for this purpose. If your booking is not a matter of real urgency and it can wait a few days, kindly schedule a standard session instead.




What is the difference between an emergency booking and a standard booking?


​An emergency booking is scheduled as a top priority and is made available much sooner, with less waiting time. It can usually be scheduled within 6 to 24 hours on the same day, including weekends. There is only a minimal lead time for booking, unlike standard sessions, and appointments are also available on weekends, depending on personal availability. Standard appointments cannot be made within 24 hours before the time and no time slots are ever made available on weekends for standard sessions. The lead time for available appointments can be several days to weeks, or sometimes even months depending on availability. Emergency booking is a special convenience service offered for at a premium fee and it is always subject to last-minute availability.​ Standard booking costs less and availability is more certain.
