Booking information and answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) on how to schedule a psychic reading with psychic medium and destiny coach Anthon St Maarten. Booking FAQ How To Book What is important to know before booking? Full Payment Requirement Bookings are strictly on a first-come-first-served basis. Immediate full payment is required as part of the booking process. My schedule is demanding and often fully booked weeks to months in advance. I can only offer a limited number of readings per week and unfortunately I cannot reserve time slots for clients who have not yet paid. I also do not offer free readings, trial readings, or payments by installment or on credit. Payment Method When you make a booking you will be automatically redirected to PayPal for secure payment. You can pay using your PayPal account or a debit or credit card. I do not accept EFT, money orders, transfers, direct deposits, cash, barters, or any other payment methods or arrangements. Card Payments All payments are processed via the PayPal secure payment service only but you don't need an existing PayPal account. Kindly do not book and then request alternative times by email that are not available on the schedule. There are no 'special' or 'secret' time slots that I keep for select clients. Another option is to purchase a session package which gives you access to advance calendar bookings by allowing you to schedule your sessions up to six (6) months to a one (1) year in advance. Timezone The booking system automatically calculates time zone differences for all countries. It will display the available sessions to you according to your chosen time zone, so you don't need to calculate it yourself. It's that easy! European, Australian and South African clients please note that the times displayed on my booking system uses the 12-hour clock to define time, and not the 24-hour clock to which you may be accustomed. To book a reading simply schedule your session right now via the online booking page. Just follow the prompts to schedule your appointment. It's quick and easy! Once you have submitted your booking request, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. Payment must be received when you book a session. You will receive a detailed confirmation email for your appointment. Can I make a booking by email? All booking procedures must be done through the online booking platform. Can I book now and pay later? Readings are offered strictly on a first-come-first-served basis. Immediate full payment is required when you book. Consultations are only conducted if payment is received together with the reservation. My schedule is very demanding and I can only do a certain number of readings per week. Bookings are most often cancelled due to non-payment or payment-related issues. Consultations are only conducted if payment is received together with the reservation. Due to my busy schedule available timeslots cannot be reserved for clients who have not processed full payment. Cancellations for other reasons are rare and typically due to my personal circumstances. In these cases, I will usually offer you the opportunity to reschedule your appointment for another date and time. If you prefer not to reschedule, you will be fully refunded. Bookings may also be permanently cancelled should I become unavailable for an extended period of time, in which case you will also be fully refunded. Some bookings may also be cancelled for professional, spiritual, and/or ethical reasons. Be advised that booking and paying for a consultation does not automatically ensure you will receive a reading. Access to my time and energy is at my discretion and availability of my services is never guaranteed. No exceptions. What happens if I miss my appointment? Missing your appointment is considered a "no show" and can unfortunately not be rescheduled. If no cancellation notice is received from you prior to your scheduled appointment you will be liable for a 100% no show fee, and will therefore not receive any refund. You are welcome to schedule another appointment, but you will be required to make another payment in full. How do I change my type of booking? Can I do it by email? All booking procedures must be done through the online booking platform. I do not manually make changes to bookings by phone, text message, or email. Clients do their own scheduling. To change your type of booking (for example to extend the time from 30 min to 60 min, or to switch from a standard booking to an emergency session) kindly cancel your current booking completely and then make a new booking that better suits your needs.
