Store Policies

How It Works

​

1. Place your order. Add items to your cart and check out securely. You’ll get an order confirmation email right away. 

2. Supplier produces your item(s). Each item is made to order. Production starts after your purchase and includes a quality check. 
3. Order packed and shipped. Once your parcel leaves the facility, you’ll receive a shipping email with a tracking link. ​

4. Track your delivery. Use the tracking link to follow your package all the way to your door. Shipping updates are sent when tracking is added. 

5. When to expect delivery: delivery time = production time + shipping time. You’ll see progress via your tracking link as it moves through the carrier network. ​

6. Multiple items may ship separately. If you ordered different products, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. In this case each shipment will have its own tracking.​

Shipping & Delivery

 

All orders are processed and fulfilled by a U.S.-based supplier, which operates fulfillment centers worldwide. Your orders are therefore produced and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently based on your location.

 

Orders are typically processed and prepared within 3–8 business days, after which they are shipped. The supplier ships using trusted global couriers, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, Asendia, UPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail.

Estimated shipping times (after order fulfillment):

  • USA: 4-10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, send us an email.

  • Estimates Only: All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by customs processing, holidays, high order volumes, carrier delays, or events beyond our control.

  • Limitation Of Liability: We are not liable for courier or customs delays, nor for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses arising from delivery delays. 

  • Multiple Shipments: Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Free Shipping (U.S. Only)

 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees. If your order is being shipped to an address inside the United States shipping is completely free.

 

How it works:​
  • All orders placed with a U.S. shipping address automatically qualify for free standard shipping at checkout.

  • No promo code is required.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination and product.

 
Processing & Delivery Times:

Orders are typically processed and prepared within 3–8 business days before being shipped. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 4–10 business days after order processing and fulfillment

Why U.S. only?

The supplier is based in the United States, with primary facilities located in Michigan and various other U.S. states. Because your order is produced and shipped directly from within the U.S. it’s simple, cost-effective, and reliable for us to offer free domestic shipping.

 

For international orders, however, shipping costs are significantly higher due to cross-border carrier fees, customs, import duties and long-distance cargo rates. For this reason, free shipping is currently limited to U.S. addresses only. Customers outside the U.S. are welcome to order, but international shipping rates will apply at checkout.

 

Note: International orders may also incur further duties/taxes upon delivery as determined by the customs office in your destination country.

Customs & Taxes

 

Orders may incur duties/taxes assessed by the destination country. These fees are beyond our control and not included in our prices and are therefore the customer’s responsibility. Fees and rates vary depending on destination, order value, and product category. 

 

Customs policies vary widely for every country. To estimate potential fees, please check with your local customs officehow they apply duties and taxes to purchases from the USA, or use a carrier tool or calculator such as:

Shipping Address

​

Undeliverable/returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can only be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

 

Please double-check your shipping details carefully when placing an order. Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. To avoid delays or extra fees, be sure to include all required details (apartment/suite number, postal code, etc.) when entering your address.

 

The supplier will print and ship items exactly as entered at checkout. If the carrier returns an order due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the supplier is usually able to resend it to you, once you provide the updated correct address. But if you choose to reship the order you will be responsible for an additional reshipping fee.

Payments

 

All payments are processed securely through PayPal at checkout.

 

  • You can pay using your PayPal account if you have one.

  • If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still check out using a credit card or debit card via PayPal’s secure guest checkout.

  • PayPal accepts all major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Your payment is processed instantly, so your order can go into production right away.

Order Confirmation

 

Please review your order carefully before checkout, as all sales are final once submitted.

 

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Product Quality

 

All of our products are made to order and printed on demand. The images displayed on our website are digital mockups for illustration purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, final colors, placement, and scale may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in printing processes and display settings.

Returns & Exchanges

 

We don’t offer returns. Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, color, etc.). Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

​

We don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, double-check the sizing charts before placing your order. There is a size chart or information available in the product description for every item in the store.

 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to your order, please notify us by sending an email with a detailed description and clear photos of the issue within 10 days of delivery.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

 

The store supplier has a three-step quality control and verification process. However, in rare cases, damaged or mislabeled items might slip through or get damaged in transit.

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to your original order, please notify us within 10 days of delivery by email, including:

 

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

  • Your order number and any other relevant details
     

We will review the matter with the supplier and respond with the appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Claims submitted after 10 days of delivery are not eligible for review.

Refunds

 

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, color, etc.) or for lost packages.

 

Refunds may be considered only in cases where the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged through no fault of your own.

If this occurs, please notify us within 10 days of delivery by email, including:

 

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

  • Your order number and any other relevant details
     

We will review the matter with the supplier and get back to you as soon as possible.

Lost Packages

 

All orders include tracking. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us within 10 days after the expected delivery date. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll may be able to arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

 

However, if the package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but you didn’t personally receive it for some reason, please ask your roommates or neighbors, check the security cameras, ask at your local post office, etc.

We cannot assume liability for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Changes & Cancellation

 

Edits or cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed. All products are made to order. Once production begins, orders are final and cannot be canceled.

 

Note for EU/EEA customers: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized. Returns are only considered for issues such as defects or incorrect items, subject to review and applicable law.

Their facility uses industry-leading technology and every new product undergoes durability and wash testing.  With 99.76% of customers reporting satisfaction, they stand behind their products. They warrant all delivered items to be free of material defects.

Fraud Prevention

 

To protect our business, our customers and the public we actively monitor transactions for signs of fraudulent activity. If fraudulent behavior is suspected, we reserve the right to place orders on hold, request additional verification, or cancel the order altogether.

 

This may include (but is not limited to):

 

  • Providing false, stolen, or unverifiable payment information

  • Using another person’s credit card or account without authorization

  • Multiple failed payment attempts

  • Unusual order patterns or suspicious account activity

 

We take these measures seriously to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone. Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and offenders may be subject to civil or criminal prosecution.

Product & Quality

 

  • Product Variation: Our products are made to order. Slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur.

  • Color & Screen Display: Colors shown in mockups may differ from the final product due to screen settings and print processes.

  • Mockups vs. Final Product: Mockups are for illustration only; minor differences in scale, placement, and finish may occur.

  • Sizing Tolerance: Measurements are approximate; manufacturing tolerances may result in slight size variation. Please review the size chart before ordering.

  • Care & Wear: Print longevity depends on care. Follow care instructions.

  • Materials & Sourcing: Equivalent materials or brands may be used when originals are unavailable, without materially affecting quality or function.
