As soon as I picked up the phone I knew this reading was much needed and I was right. Anthon is a straight shooter and I love that. He confirmed all of the signs, thoughts and feelings that I have been receiving from my angels and the universe without me even saying anything. Our conversation left me feeling confident in what steps to take next to create a life filled with greatness, joy and service. Thank you so much for being born. Megan Dietz 7/12/2018 Best Psychic Directory Anthon certainly has a gift Usually, I don't give information so freely as I like the person to confirm with my own inner wisdom. Surely enough, Anthon told me most of the key inner knowing I have, and think about without any prior knowledge. That's is how I ascertain when someone has a gift, and Anthon certainly has. He made me feel relaxed and reassured of my past, and gave me goals to head towards in the near future. Truly a gift Anthon! Thank you so much and I look forward to our next conversation. Peter Grubisic 6/24/2018 Best Psychic Directory I will be calling again I recently lost my grandmother and was desperate to connect to something that would let me know she was ok. Discover the seven primary energy centers in the chakra system described by psychic medium and guided meditation expert Anthon St. Maarten. The chakra energy system is an aspect of our spiritual 'light body' which communicates with our material body via its biological systems. The Chakra System The chakras are the energy centers or conduits through which the life energy of the Conscious Universe flows into and out of our aura, or etheric light body. The same Universal Life Force that flows through all the plant and animal kingdom also flows through you via the chakra system. The chakras have three functions, namely being receptors, storage points and transmitters of energy. Becoming familiar with your chakras is one of the most powerful ways in which you can raise your spiritual awareness and access different levels of consciousness. The chakra system may seem simplistic on a rational level, but through meditation one can experience it more fully in its deeper, intuitive dimension, and discover an amazing map to your inner world. The word chakra means ‘wheel’ or ‘disk’, because these energy centers are likened to rotating vortexes or spinning spheres located along our spinal column at major branching points of the human nervous system, known as the ganglia. The seven primary chakras are essentially ‘stacked’ like a tower to form a column or pathway of energy beginning at the base of the spinal column and moving up to the crown of your head. Through these invisible spinning funnels, Universal Energy is received, assimilated and expressed as the Life Force. Each chakra correlates with a fundamental state of consciousness and spiritual awareness. The chakra energy system is an aspect of our spiritual 'light body' which communicates with our material body via its biological systems, such as the endocrine glands and nervous system, to keep us metaphysically balanced and physically healthy. The chakra system is organized in accordance with the human nervous system, and the different chakra points correlate with the location of the major glands in the human endocrine system. Each of the seven major chakras also resonates with its own vibrational frequency for which there are tonal sound correlates. Interestingly, all music in the physical world, at its most fundamental level, consists of only seven notes. Each of the seven primary chakras correspond to these seven basic notes on the musical scale, namely the keys of C, D, E, F, G, A and B. The seven chakras also correlate with the seven colors found in a rainbow, or the primary color spectrum which can be obtained using a glass prism, namely red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. The ancients believed there to be a connection between the seven rainbow colors, the basic musical notes, the planets in our Solar System, and the days of the week. Chakra Activation & Balancing The chakras operate like spinning energy vortexes, which may begin to 'malfunction' or become unbalanced due to various physical, mental, spiritual and environmental influences, stressors and life traumas. Unbalanced chakras need to be re-calibrated, similar to the wheels on a car when they become unstable and begin to wobble. Energy flow to and from the chakras can also become congested or restricted, similar to a blocked drain in the bathroom. Chakra activation and balancing is the process of re-stabilizing and restoring harmonious and efficient energy flow to the energy centers. A variety of spiritual practices and holistic methodologies can be used to successfully activate and balance the chakras, including therapeutic massage, meditation, yoga, reiki, craniosacral therapy, pranic healing, breath work, aromatherapy, crystal healing, color therapy and nutrition. Guided meditation featuring breathing exercises, mindful relaxation techniques, visualizations, affirmations and customized music composed in the appropriate key for each chakra, is one of the most popular and powerful techniques to heal and balance the chakras. Signs & Symptoms Of Chakra Imbalances Each chakra is associated with a specific area of the body and linked to a component of the endocrine system. The manifestation of certain physical and psychological symptoms linked to a certain area, may indicate an imbalance or blockage in the energy flow of that particular chakra. We are often not aware of a chakra imbalance, until the body suddenly makes us aware by presenting these symptoms. These symptoms are the chakra's emergency 'warning system' to make us aware of an energy flow obstruction, or imbalances caused by unwanted underlying mind-body-spirit issues or difficulties. It is therefore spirit's way of demanding our attention, in order to address and correct theses hidden or latent physical, mental, emotional and /or spiritual problems for our own well-being and highest good. This meditation aims to restore those dysfunctional psycho-biodynamic energy patterns that may be causing dis-ease in your life. It seeks to bring forth spontaneous healing reactions by releasing energy imprints caused by past hurts and trauma. This meditation is also designed to rejuvenate immune system function, neutralize manifestations of dis-ease, re-center disordered emotional energy, eliminate the anxiety response, and create access to deep inner resources of well-being and restorative power. It seeks to restore health and vitality to the wholeness of your being, and return your mind-body to its natural state of peace, harmony and perfect balance. This MP3 recording features a deep guided meditation narration by psychic medium and destiny coach Anthon St. Maarten. The music composition is gentle and hypnotic to support the meditative suggestions of the script. It contains no distracting chimes, piano chords, or any other extravagant instrumentation, and also no unexpected changes in volume or tempo. The music simply features a soothing instrumental experience to induce effortless relaxation, while inspiring spontaneous healing responses. It dissolves the analytical thinking processes, while opening the mind to a peaceful, hypnotic state for subconscious suggestion. It creates the perfect atmospheric accompaniment for the breath-work and relaxation techniques, as well as the powerful affirmations, vivid guided imagery and visualizations featured in this meditation. Trauma Imprints & Cellular Memories Life is not always easy. We all survive difficult times; we face many challenges and setbacks. We are also hurt, sometimes very deeply. And some of those life wounds leave painful scars on our heart and mind, because some of these traumas are stored as dysfunctional energy imprints and cellular memories in our physical body. These energy imprint, or toxic physical memories, can subliminally impact how we function and feel in this world. It can destabilize our emotional well-being and disrupt our physical health. Deep Healing Activation Guided Meditation aims to neutralize these energy imprints. It seeks to transform those wounding, traumatic experiences into strength, wisdom and personal power. Spontaneous Self-Healing The human body is a powerful , self-healing mechanism. It is an intelligent, self-regulating energy system that maintains it own balance and harmony, by constantly realigning with the infinite wisdom of Source Energy and the Universal Life Force that supports and sustains all life in this world. The body is designed to remain synchronized with the natural rhythm of the universe. The body is constantly rejuvenating and restoring itself. You know this to be true because your body has been healing itself in miraculous ways since the day you were born. Your body also speaks to you in many ways. Sometimes it is through a gut feeling, or a hunch, while at other times it is a symptom, sensation or sense of discomfort. Symptoms like pain, and emotions like anxiety, are often just the body’s way of trying to tell us something. But we do not always pay attention to whatever our body is telling us. The body and mind knows what it needs to heal itself, but we tend to override or ignore what the body is saying. And when we do this, we interfere with the body’s natural, self-healing processes. The Deep Healing Activation Guided Meditation aims to restore this inner communication with your body by engaging you in a full body scan to trust and honor your body’s innate wisdom. NEXT MEDITATION THE CHAKRA SYSTEM The chakra system conducts the flow of universal life energy into and from the aura. The chakras or energy centers act as receptors, storage points and transmitters of psychic energy. Access to such recordings is strictly limited and controlled. Member Registration Wherever the user is able to register on this website it will require the provision of personal data. Which personal data are transmitted to us is determined by the respective input forms used for the registration. The personal data entered by the user are collected and stored exclusively for our internal use, and for our own purposes only. We may at times request transfer to one or more processors (e.g. a parcel delivery service) that also uses personal data for an internal purpose which is attributable to us. By registering as a member or user on this website, the IP address—assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) and used by the user—date, and time of the registration are also stored. The storage of this data takes place against the background that this is the only way to prevent the misuse of our services, and, if necessary, to make it possible to investigate committed offenses. The storage of this data is necessary only to secure us as a business and this data is not passed on to third parties, unless there is a statutory obligation to pass on the data, or if the transfer serves the aim of criminal prosecution. The registration of the user, with the voluntary indication of personal data, is intended to enable us to offer the user contents or services that may only be offered to registered users due to the nature of the matter in question. Registered persons are free to change the personal data specified during the registration at any time, or to have them completely deleted from our database. We shall, at any time, provide information upon request to a user as to what personal data are stored about them. In addition, we shall correct or erase personal data at the request or indication of the user, insofar as there are no statutory storage obligations. Newsletter / Mailing List Subscription On this website, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our business's newsletter. The input form used for this purpose determines what personal data are transmitted, as well as when the newsletter is ordered from us. We inform subscribers regularly by means of a newsletter about special offers and other news. Our newsletter may only be received by the user if (1) the user has a valid email address and (2) the user has subscribed for the newsletter distribution. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered by a user for the first time for newsletter distribution, for legal reasons, in the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation email is used to prove whether the owner of the email address as the subscriber is authorized to receive the newsletter. During the registration for the newsletter, we also store the IP address of the computer system assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) and used by the user at the time of the registration, as well as the date and time of the registration. The collection of this data is necessary in order to understand the (possible) misuse of the email address of a user at a later date, and it therefore serves the aim of our legal protection. The personal data collected as part of a registration for the newsletter will only be used to send our newsletter. In addition, subscribers to the newsletter may be informed by email, as long as this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or a registration in question, as this could be the case in the event of modifications to the newsletter offer, or in the event of a change in technical circumstances. There will be no transfer of personal data collected by the newsletter service to third parties. The subscription to our newsletter may be terminated by the user at any time. The consent to the storage of personal data, which the user has given for sending the newsletter, may be revoked at any time. For the purpose of revocation of consent, a corresponding link is found in each newsletter. It is also possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter by communicating this to us by email. Our newsletter may contain so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic embedded in such emails, which are sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and analysis. This allows a statistical analysis of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns. Based on the embedded tracking pixel, we may see if and when an email was opened by a user, and which links in the email were called up by the user. Such personal data collected in the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters are stored and analyzed in order to optimize the shipping of the newsletter, as well as to adapt the content of future newsletters even better to the interests of the user. These personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Users are at any time entitled to revoke the respective separate declaration of consent issued by means of the double-opt-in procedure. After a revocation, this personal data will be deleted upon request by the user. We automatically regards a withdrawal from the receipt of the newsletter as a revocation. Contact Forms & Email If a user contacts us by email or via a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the user are automatically stored. Such personal data transmitted on a voluntary basis ton us by a user is stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the sender. There is no transfer of this personal data to third parties. Throat Chakra Activation Express yourself more freely and confidently. Communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally. Become more open, honest and authentic. Confidently express your needs, desires and opinions. Find the power of your own voice, live an authentic life, and let your truth be known. Voice: Anthon St. Maarten Music: Christopher Lloyd Clarke Duration: 17:06 Format: MP3 File size: 31.3 MB Description Throat Chakra Activation guided meditation is designed to fully activate and rebalance the fifth chakra or ‘purification chakra.’ Balancing the throat chakra liberates you to express yourself more freely and confidently, and brings forth your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally. This meditation empowers you to seek and share the truth, to be more open, honest and authentic, and to express your needs, desires and opinions more clearly and eloquently. Activating this chakra empowers you to find your own voice, live an authentic life and let your truth be known. This meditation is the fifth in a series of seven activations for the primary chakra system . The music composition on this recording is designed to awaken and energize the throat chakra with sounds that evoke a sense of openness, freedom, and a lightness of being. Each of the seven primary chakras correspond to the seven basic notes on the musical scale, namely the keys of C, D, E, F, G, A and B. The music for this meditation was composed in the key of G. The Purpose Of Throat Chakra Activation Do you struggle to freely express yourself? Is your voice seldom heard? Do you lack the courage to speak your truth? Are you unwilling to hear and accept the truth? Are you a poor listener? Are you dishonest about who yo u really are? Does your life lack authenticity? Are you spiritually confused and seeking the truth? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, your throat chakra may be in need of realignment and balancing to restore optimal energy flow. The chakras are spinning energy vortexes, which may begin to malfunction or become unbalanced due to various physical, mental, spiritual and environmental influences and life traumas. A variety of spiritual practices and holistic methodologies can be used to successfully activate and balance the chakras, including therapeutic massage, meditation , yoga, reiki, craniosacral therapy, pranic healing, breath work, aromatherapy, crystal healing, color therapy and nutrition. Guided meditation, featuring breathing exercises, mindful relaxation techniques, visualizations, affirmations and customized music composed in the appropriate key for each chakra, is one of the most popular and powerful techniques to heal and balance the chakras. The Sixteen-Petalled Lotus represents the sixteen vowels of Sanskrit signifying the open flow of unrestricted vocal communication. Vishuddha: The Throat Chakra The throat chakra is the fifth energy center located above the heart chakra, situated at the base of the throat in the area of the vocal chords, and at the V shape formed by the collar bone. The throat chakra is also the first of the three higher chakras, functioning as a purifying portal towards the two higher spiritual chakras in the chakra system . The throat chakra is the energy center of self-expression and governs our ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally. It presides over our ability to seek and share the truth, to be open, honest and authentic, and to express our needs, desires and opinions clearly and eloquently. It is the energetic basis for articulate communication and spiritual learning, and the seat of our personal integrity and our sense of honor. It enables us to project our thoughts, ideas and creative concepts into reality, and to seek and express deeper levels of spiritual knowledge and insight. It also empowers us to recognize the lack of truth in those things that do not resonate with our divine nature. Through this energy center we are able transform negative life experiences into spiritual learning and deeper wisdom. Balancing the throat chakra stimulates greater knowledge, understanding, awareness and analysis and promotes our ability to creatively and authentically express ourselves through speech and other forms of communication. Activating this chakra especially empowers us to live an authentic life and let our truth be known. It also creates a solid foundation for activating the higher spiritual chakras located above the throat chakra. Signs & Symptoms Of Throat Chakra Imbalance The following physical and psychological symptoms may indicate an imbalance or blockage in the energy flow of the Throat Chakra. Clairolfaction, or psychic smell, is the perception of scents without an identifiable physical source. Learn what it means and how it differs from phantosmia. What is clairolfaction? Glossary of Sensible Psychic Terms by Anthon St. Maarten Clairolfaction, also known as psychic smell, i s the psychic perception of scents, odors, or aromas without an identifiable physical source in the immediate environment. The word combines clair, meaning “clear,” with olfaction, the sense of smell. It belongs to the family of psychic perception terms that includes clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairgustance. People who experience clairolfaction may suddenly perceive a distinctive perfume, cigarette or cigar smoke, flowers, food, chemicals, incense, or another recognizable scent when there is no obvious physical explanation for it. In mediumship, these scents are sometimes associated with a deceased person. A medium might, for example, perceive the perfume someone wore while alive or the smell of tobacco associated with that person. Clairolfaction can also occur outside mediumship as a spontaneous psychic perception or impression. Is Clairolfaction the Same as Clairalience? Clairalience is another modern term commonly used for psychic smell, along with less common variations such as clairolfactance, clairolfacience, clairscent, and clairosmesis. However, the linguistic origins of several of these alternative terms are unclear. Clairolfaction is the more sensible and preferred term because olfaction is an established word for the faculty of smell. Clairolfaction vs. Phantosmia Clairolfaction should not automatically be confused with phantosmia , the medical phenomenon of perceiving an odor when no external odor is present. Phantosmia can have various physical or neurological causes. Persistent, unexplained, or concerning phantom smells should therefore be medically evaluated rather than automatically interpreted as psychic phenomena. Mediumship is the process whereby a human instrument known as a medium or channel communicates with one or more discarnate spirit beings, energies or personalities. Mediumship is joint effort between the medium in the physical world and a personality, entity or being on the spirit realm, who is the actual communicator. The medium is merely the messenger or conveyer of the information communicated by spirit. The main aim of a mediumship reading is usually to offer afterlife validation or evidence that our consciousness continues beyond this life. Authentic mediumship seeks to validate, console, heal and uplift. Mediumship channeling serves a variety of purposes and outcomes, including: Validation that consciousness survives physical death Resolution of unresolved emotions such as grief, guilt, or regret Comfort and continued connection with loved ones who have passed Insight or encouragement regarding current life challenges Support, affirmation, or advice aligned with your highest good Energetic intervention, healing and restoration Universal wisdom and higher guidance Spiritual education and activation Psychic Reading Versus Mediumship A psychic and a medium is in essence the same thing. A medium is simply a 'specialized' type of psychic. A psychic 'channels' or 'reads' energy data regarding a living person's past, present and future to offer metaphysical insight, prophetic predictions, spiritual wisdom and life guidance. A medium ' channels' or 'reads' the energy data of a deceased person and relays metaphysical information from the spirit realm (akashic records). Mental mediumship or evidential mediumship provides afterlife validation, healing messages and life guidance to the friends and relatives of departed loved ones and ancestors. Trance mediumship , on the other hand is the reception of energy data communicated by discarnate spirit personalities or non-physical entities for the purpose of enlightenment, spiritual guidance and metaphysical insight. Mediumship Is Not A Psychic Sideshow The modern psychic medium faces the challenge of remaining true to a spiritual calling, despite the sometimes unrealistic client expectations engendered by popular culture. Mediumship is in truth not a dog and pony show aimed at applause or viewer ratings. It is a spiritual endeavor that seeks to validate, console, heal and uplift. It's a blessing from beyond... like a phone call from God. Mediumship presented as entertainment is a double-edged sword. The media hype generated by psychic television shows, and live stage performances featuring celebrity mediums, has no doubt contributed much to an increased public awareness of mediumship.
