Service Scheduling Policy All session bookings must be made using the automated online appointment scheduling system. Appointments will not be scheduled manually by informal arrangement, via text messages, social media messages, email messaging or any other form of correspondence. The following scheduling rules and guidelines apply: Single session appointments may be scheduled up to two (2) months in advance. Three (3) session appointment packages may be schedule up to six (6) months in advance. Six (6) session appointment packages may be scheduled up to twelve (12) months in advance. Emergency session appointments can only be scheduled up to one (1) day in advance. The times displayed on the online scheduling calendar are the only times available. Kindly do not request alternative times before or after your have booked. There are no 'secret' or special appointment times; all available time-slots are displayed. Existing clients may not book on behalf of the friend they are referring. This is a one time only offer . The new client may only schedule one discounted session on the referral program after which they will considered an existing client and they will have to schedule all subsequent sessions at the standard rate. Existing clients may only refer one person per calendar year. Paid sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to two days before the appointment date. Rescheduling less than two days before the appointment is subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. Paid sessions can be canceled at any time, but will not be entitled to any refund and can not be rescheduled at a later stage. The original payment will be used to cover the cost of the free consultation for the existing client who referred you. Missed appointments are considered no-shows. A missed appointment cannot be rescheduled and paid sessions are not refunded. BOOKING RULES FOR REWARD CLIENTS The free reward session may only be booked by an existing client (referring client or referrer) and can only be done upon invitation . The reward session for the existing client can only be claimed once they have received an email invitation to book their free consultation. The referred friend must already have scheduled and paid for their appointment and their booking request must have been approved. Once it has been approved the reward client will receive an invitation by email to claim their complimentary free session. The reward client must personally schedule their own session. To avoid miscommunication and missed appointments, please do not act as an intermediaries for each other. Referred friends may not book on behalf of the person who referred them. Reward clients must book their free session within 30 days from the date of the email invitation. Unclaimed rewards expire permanently after 30 days. Free reward sessions c annot be rescheduled. Free reward sessions can be cancelled at any time, but will permanently forfeit the reward. It can not be rescheduled at a later stage. The Purpose Of Throat Chakra Activation Do you struggle to freely express yourself? Is your voice seldom heard? Do you lack the courage to speak your truth?
