Glossary of Sensible Psychic Terms by Anthon St. Maarten Clairsomatica, or psychic somatosensation , is the perception of bodily sensations and symptoms without an identifiable physical source. These psychic impressions include a range of nonphysical sensations or psychophysical impressions of touch, pressure, vibration, temperature, pain, proprioception or kinesthesia, and other embodied perceptions. Traditionally, psychic experiences of this kind are simply grouped under the broader label of clairsentience, or incorrectly described as clairtangency or psychometry , and more recently as clairkinesthesia .
